Part week or weekend available. Prices from £60 a night are negotiable.
Accomodation can be occupied after 2pm on the day of arrival and guests need to leave by 10 am on the day of departure
Special rates may be available for long stays and for last minute bookings. Please contact me with the details of your intended stay and I will be very happy to give you a quote.
Guests should notify me of their expected time of
arrival.
Do not hesitate to call me if you get 'lost'!
Booking and Cancellation
A Deposit of 30% is required to confirm any booking. The remainder of the full fee should be received one month before the occupation of the premises. Bookings made close to the date of occupation will require the full fee in confirmation.
Cancellation a fortnight before occupation: 50% of the fee is due. Cancellation a week or less: 75% of the fee is due. Or the guest may choose to take advantage of a later booking
